Great leaders lift up those around them. Not everyone is used to this, I've had teams initially suspicious of me when I have raised them up and supported their growth - they weren't used to it. I've also had managers who have questioned why I'm promoting the development of my teams 🤯 I'm extremely proud of all the people I have found, mentored and managed over the years.
